02How it started
The founding story.
Anshuman Patro spent the first decade of his career being very
good and completely invisible.
It happened inside technology companies: writing code, running
projects, solving the problems nobody else wanted. And watching people with half the
capability command ten times the attention.
The easy reading of that is that it is unfair. The useful reading is
that it is structural. Attention does not go to the most capable person in the room. It
goes to whoever has built something for it to land on. Expertise alone rarely creates
opportunity.
Growth is architecture. Fix the system first. Build attention
second.
Pro Growth Insider is that conclusion turned into a service. It has
published over a thousand authors and put over a thousand experts in front of the people
who should already have known them. Behind it sit two decades across technology,
branding, publishing, automation and education, eleven books of his own, and an entry in
the India Book of Records.
None of which is the point. The point is the order it was all done
in, which is the same order the firm now runs for everyone else.
