What we do with your data.

Almost nothing, because we collect almost nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us, and the only reason we hold it is to answer you.

The terms of the 3x guarantee are at the foot of this page.

No cookiesThe site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
No analyticsNo Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps.
No third-party scriptsFonts and images are served from this domain. Nothing loads from an external CDN.
Nothing stored, anywhereNo browser storage and no lead database. The contact form posts to no server of ours: it hands your text to WhatsApp and stops there.
Not yet reviewed by a lawyer.

This notice describes what the site and the business actually do, and every claim in the strip above was checked against the built site. It is not legal advice and it has not been through legal review.

01Who this notice is from

This site is operated by The Pro Growth Insider (“PGI”, “we”, “us”), a micro enterprise registered in Maharashtra, India, which is the data fiduciary for the personal data described below. We build authority systems for doctors, consultants, coaches and founders.

Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-MH-18-0431515, registered 30 March 2025 under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Classified as a Micro enterprise in the services sector (NIC 74909). PGI is registered under Udyam rather than incorporated as a company, so it has no CIN.

Registered address: 602 Raj Tower, Block A, Lokhandwala, Kandivali, Mumbai 400101, Maharashtra, India.

You can reach us about anything in this notice at [email protected].

02What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. There is no passive collection on this site.

From the contact form: nothing, directly. The form does not submit anywhere. It writes your answers into a WhatsApp message on your own device: your name, optionally your email, what you do, the division you are interested in and your message. That reaches us only if you press send. Until you do, what you typed has not left your browser.

From WhatsApp: whatever the message says, plus the phone number and profile name WhatsApp attaches to it.

From email: whatever you write, plus the address you send it from.

From your visit: nothing that we control. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, which record IP addresses and requested URLs as a normal part of serving a website. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you and we do not connect them to anything you send us.

03Why we use it

To reply to you, and to work out whether the sequence is the right answer for what you are trying to do. That is the whole purpose.

We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build audiences from them, and we do not sell, rent or trade them. If you become a client, the same details are used to run the engagement.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to write to us, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to.

04Who else sees it

The people at PGI who need to, which is a small number of them and never the whole team.

WhatsApp sees everything sent that way, because it is the delivery route rather than an alternative to one. Enquiries arrive as ordinary WhatsApp messages and live in that chat, on WhatsApp’s infrastructure, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy rather than this one. That covers the contact form too, since the form works by handing your text to WhatsApp. If you would rather Meta were not in the middle of it, email us instead. That route does not touch WhatsApp at all.

There is no CRM and no database. We do not copy enquiries into a separate system, because we do not run one.

We do not otherwise disclose your data, except where the law requires it of us.

05How long we keep it

Because enquiries arrive as messages rather than records, what we hold is a chat history and an inbox. Conversations that go nowhere are deleted once they are clearly finished. Anything relating to an actual engagement is kept for as long as we have a contractual or statutory reason to keep it, and no longer.

Deleting a conversation removes it from our devices. WhatsApp’s own retention is a matter for WhatsApp, and their policy covers it.

06Keeping it safe

This site is served over HTTPS. The contact form posts to no server of ours, so there is no submission to intercept and no store sitting behind it: the text goes from your browser straight into WhatsApp on your own device. Access to the resulting conversations is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we hold very little: there is no lead database here to breach, because we never built one.

07Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we have done with it; ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate; ask us to erase it; nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated; and raise a grievance with us and have it answered.

Ask by writing to [email protected]. We will not charge you for it and we will not make it difficult.

If you are writing from outside India, tell us and we will handle your request under whichever regime gives you more, not less.

08Children

This site and this business are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

09Links out

This site links out to PGi Academy and to WhatsApp. Once you follow a link off this domain you are on someone else’s site, under someone else’s privacy policy. We have no control over what they do and this notice stops at our edge.

10Changes to this notice

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top of the page and, where the change is significant, say so plainly rather than quietly reissuing it.

The guarantee

What has to be true for it to pay out.

A money-back promise is only worth the conditions attached to it, so here they are. In force from 5 September 2026.

What is measuredRevenue attributable to the engagement, against the total fees paid to PGI for it. Three times means attributable revenue of at least three times those fees.
How it is measuredFrom your own reporting, using an attribution method agreed in writing before any work starts. If we cannot agree how it will be measured, we do not take the engagement.
The windowSix months, counted from the day positioning is signed off rather than from the date of contract, because that is when the sequence actually starts.
What we need from youThe divisions run in the agreed order. Interviews, reviews and approvals returned within five working days. Continued access to the agreed measurement data.
What is refundedThe fees you paid PGI for the engagement. Third-party costs are not included, because they were never ours: printing and distribution, paid placement fees, advertising spend and platform charges.
How to claimIn writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the six-month mark, with the measurement data. We answer within 10 working days and we do not make it difficult.
What is not coveredEngagements you pause or end early. A change of business direction that makes the agreed positioning obsolete. Results that cannot be measured because access to the data was withheld.

Asked most often.

Does this website use cookies?

No. Pro Growth Insider sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and stores nothing in your browser. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What personal data does Pro Growth Insider collect?

Only what you choose to send. The contact form transmits nothing on its own: it writes your answers into a WhatsApp message that reaches us only when you press send. There is no passive collection and no lead database.

Is my enquiry shared with anyone?

Enquiries reach us over WhatsApp, so WhatsApp carries them and handles them under its own privacy policy. Beyond that they are seen only by the small number of people at PGI who need to. There is no CRM and no database, and nothing is ever sold, rented or traded. If you would rather Meta were not involved, email us instead.

How do I ask for my data to be deleted?

Write to [email protected] and ask. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can also ask for a summary of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or raise a grievance. There is no charge.

Ask us anything about your data.

Access, correction, deletion or a grievance. Write in and we will answer. No charge, no forms to chase.
