Start with positioning.
One conversation about what you do and who you serve. We will tell you which division you actually need and in what order. If the answer is that none of them is right for you, we will say that instead.
A person reads every enquiry. You will hear back within one working day.
Send us the shape of it.
Two required fields. Fill them in and WhatsApp opens with the whole thing written out, ready to send. No forms disappearing into an inbox nobody reads.
It works by writing your answers into a WhatsApp message, and that needs scripting. Message us on WhatsApp directly, or write to [email protected] Both reach the same people.
Skip the form.
If you would rather just say hello and take it from there, open a chat with nothing filled in. The form only exists to save you typing the same things out.
Open a blank chatNot on WhatsApp?
Then email is the way, and it reaches exactly the same people.
Replies within one working day, Monday to Friday.
Three steps, and none of them is a pitch.
- 01You write, we read it properlyNot a queue and not an auto-responder. One of the people who would actually do the work reads what you sent.Within one working day
- 02One conversation, no pitch deckThirty minutes on what you do, who you serve, and what has already been tried. We are working out whether the sequence fits.At a time you pick
- 03A straight answerWhich division you actually need and in what order. Or that none of them is the right answer for you, if that is what we find.Same week
Before you write in.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day. A person reads every enquiry; there is no auto-responder and no queue to sit in.
Do I have to know which division I need?
No. Most people do not, and working that out is what the first conversation is for. Leave the division field on "not sure yet".
What happens to the details I send?
They are used to answer you and to work out whether the sequence fits. They are not used for advertising and are never sold or traded. The privacy notice sets out the whole of it.
Can I message on WhatsApp instead?
Yes, and it carries the same weight as the form. Messages sent that way also pass through WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy rather than ours.
